FOCOC is a prestigious competition designed to identify, mentor, and empower young leaders at the tertiary level. Through this platform, we aim to instill leadership virtues and values while selecting a distinguished individual to represent the COPE Agenda as an official Campus Ambassador.

The ambassadorial responsibilities and privileges will last 12 months, after which a new winner will be inaugurated at the next FOCOC event.
π Eligibility & Selection Criteria
To be eligible for FOCOC, applicants must:
β Be morally upright and of good repute.
β Have a strong passion for leadership and service.
β Successfully navigate the voting phase of the competition.
β Perform exceptionally in the FOCOC camp activities.
β Stand out in the grand finale.
π Competition Timeline & Program Itinerary

π Registration Period: 3 Weeks
πΉ Voting Phase:
- Week 1: 30 male & 30 female contestants compete. 10 from each category are eliminated.
- Week 2: 20 remaining contestants per category. 10 are eliminated.
- Week 3: 10 remaining contestants per category. 5 are eliminated.
πΉ Top 10 contestants (Male & Female) proceed to camp, where they will undergo:
