FOCOC is a prestigious competition designed to identify, mentor, and empower young leaders at the tertiary level. Through this platform, we aim to instill leadership virtues and values while selecting a distinguished individual to represent the COPE Agenda as an official Campus Ambassador.

📌 Eligibility & Selection Criteria
To be considered for the COPE Ambassador Program, applicants must:
✔ Be morally upright and reputable in their community.
✔ Have a genuine passion for service and humanitarian work.
✔ Be willing to take on leadership responsibilities and assigned tasks.
✔ Undergo COPE training and assessment to demonstrate their commitment.
✔ Have a basic understanding of the COPE Agenda and its core values.
📅 Program Structure & Responsibilities
📌 Step 1: Application & Endorsement – Submit an application and undergo assessment.
📌 Step 2: Training & Orientation – Attend workshops on health, safety, and leadership.
📌 Step 3: Jurisdiction Assignment – Get enlisted in the COPE Ambassadors Registry and receive assigned roles.
📌 Step 4: Execution of Humanitarian Tasks – Participate in COPE campaigns, advocacy, and outreach programs.
📌 Step 5: Renewal & Ongoing Engagement – Reapply for continued endorsement after two years based on performance.
